You’ll be just minutes from Loomis' delightful Flower Farm and amazing local restaurants, including LBB, Gander, High Hand, and Reds. Enjoy your morning coffee with scenic country views and cozy dinners in your fully-equipped kitchen. The cottage is stocked with books, games, a TV, and a DVD player for your entertainment. Nestled down a private gravel driveway shared with the main house, this pet-friendly property provides a peaceful setting for your getaway. While guests are welcome to walk their dogs along the road, please note that access to the back of the property and the 20 acres is not permitted. \*\*UNIT PERKS\*\* \- Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Enjoy the country views but close to shopping, food and freeway. Getting Around: It’s very easy to drive around and explore the area Other Things to Note: \- Please note that because we live in a rural area, our internet speed is not as fast as you might find in the city. We have AT&T internet with speeds up to 25 Mbps, which should be sufficient for general browsing and streaming, but may not be as fast as you're accustomed to. \- The cottage is not fenced, so pets will need to stay inside or be kept on a leash when outside. A $50 pet fee per pet will apply if you plan to bring your furry friends. \- Please note that our landscapers visit every Thursday, and trash is taken down for collection every Sunday/Monday.
