  • Grable Creek Farmhouse is a very special place with pecan orchards and a quaint country setting. It is a charming 1920’s farmhouse conveniently located near Longview Regional Airport in Longview, Kilgore and Lakeport and is only minutes from Lake Cherokee. This fully restored historic home is cozy and perfect for family gatherings! Come get recharged while sitting on the front porch swing or in our fully fenced in backyard and patio area with a fire pit or relaxing in the jetted tub!
    You will love staying at this beautiful country farmhouse. This 4 bedroom home has 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 upstairs. One king and one queen bed on each floor. We also have a pull out queen size sofa bed in upstairs bonus room.

I rented this property for my parents, aunts and uncles. It was very comfortable for their party of 6. They said that the property was nice and clean and a good space for their mini family reunion. Rodney was very responsive when my parents had trouble with the smart lock on the door. Helped them get inside promptly.

This is the second time staying at the farmhouse. Love the space and decor. The traffic can be loud however, I would continue to reserve this quaint farmhouse. The host is extremely responsive and provide all the necessary amenities one would need for a home away from home.

Wonderful Graduation Home-Away-From-Home

Grable Creek Farmhouse was just the homey place we wanted to help celebrate our son's college graduation. There was lots of space and comfort to enjoy our gathered times as well as our individual down time. The property was lovely to enjoy.

Everything was very nice. There was a bedroom door that would not latch properly, but the host assured me that it will be fixed in the future. The kitchen lacks some utensils for cooking. There was road noise from outside traffic intermittently, but I had a white noise machine that helped me sleep. Everything else was very comfortable.

Rodeo Longview

My wife and I and our dog enjoyed our stay. House was spacious, beds were comfortable and had a nice fenced in backyard and patio area. Overall landscaping was nice, as well. Rodney, the owner is a very nice guy, we enjoyed visiting with him.

Wonderful stay

My family and I had a great time during our stay. The house was decorated beautifully for fall and had plenty of space for our group. The pups especially enjoyed the fenced in backyard. We didn’t get to meet Smokey the barn cat but I guess that means we will have to visit again!

Grable Creek is Fantastic

We absolutely loved our stay. We are from Canada and came for our son's graduation from Kilgore Fire Academy. Beds were amazing. Character of the home was stunning. Sitting outside at night listening to nature was a real treat. If we ever come back this way... this is the place we will stay! Thank you for an amazing stay !

Great Slow Get-a-Way

Wife and I celebrated our 15 year anniversary and also had the baby with us. Really clean great spot. Rodney was helpful and available as much as I needed him, but let us be unless we had a question. Great location to hit up walking/hiking trails and see East TX antique country which is my wife’s thing. Enjoyed the stay,
