    Wake up to the soothing sound of waves and panoramic views of the turquoise Gulf waters right from your bed. Step onto your private lanai to sip morning coffee, watch dolphins play, or enjoy al fresco dining as the sun sets over the horizon.

    Inside, every detail has been designed for both comfort and style. The King-sized bed is dressed in soft coastal linens and fluffy pillows. Updated vanities, spacious closets, and floor-to-ceiling mirrors add a touch of elegance and function to the dressing area, while a safe provides peace of mind for your valuables. The bathroom offers a spa-like retreat with Italian porcelain tile and an onyx-inlaid tub and shower.

    The fully equipped kitchen is as functional as it is beautiful, featuring sleek cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and stylish lighting. Dine indoors at the granite table for four or step out to the lanai, where a second dining table and a chaise lounge invite you to relax and unwind.

    Stay connected—or unplug completely. A 55” smart TV with cable, complimentary Netflix, high-speed secured Wi-Fi, and web TV options are included.     I think this may be one of the best spots on the key. We had a beautiful view of the private beach. No chairs were allowed so it was always clear. The weather was beautiful, hot and humid, but the view was spectacular. The inside was as described. Very nice appliances. Plenty of towels. New washer and dryer. Great refrigerator.

    The room was very nice. The view from the balcony was amazing. Location was right on the beach. The cleaning and maintenance staff that we encountered were very friendly. The guys at the beach chair rental were wonderful. The biggest problem we had was that if you are renting from someone other than the club , you are not allowed to order drinks from the beachside bar service and the ladies were very snotty about it. We were told we could have a cooler since we couldn't order from them but they kept trying to say we couldn't. We did it anyways. We were told we could use the pool and hot tub, which you can, but you can't order from the bar or bring food or drink in, so who is going to be able to use it when it is hot. Plus, you are treated like you are second class citizen. You can't use the restaurant that is on site. They say it is because no money changes hands but then we were told that it is really because the club wants the owners to let them rent the places out and not to go through these other places. For the money, the next time I would stay at a place that was more welcoming and allowed me to buy pins coladas to drink on the beach.

    This is super cute condo RIGHT on the beach, perfect for a couple. The area is perfect not busy at all! We saw manatees and dolphins while being in the beach it was beautiful!

    Island Inn is perfect for a couple! We were delighted with the location -steps away from the beach and an easy drive to great restaurants. The unit is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the balcony table and chairs for morning coffee and evening happy hour.

    Just right for a couple

    We enjoyed our stay. This property had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Anything you could possibly need in the kitchen was there. The bathroom was fantastic, the bed comfortable and the view amazing. Access to the beach was quick and easy.

    The location of our resort and also of our individual unit was wonderful. Our unit was well maintained and also well equipped for our stay. The pool area and the beach area were also great with the people working there being very friendly and helpful

    Longboat long weekend

    Excellent location and the unit was very well appointed. Steps to the beautiful and peaceful beach and only a short drive to all the shops and restaurants at St Armand’s Circle.     I was lucky enough to spend a long weekend at this lovely studio condo! It had everything my sister and i needed for our mini trip for a family wedding. The condo is steps from the pristine beach with beautiful views from the balcony. Looking forward to returning soon!

    Check-in process was easy once we read the email but still a bit of a hassle since the office is offsite. The resort was a bit noisey for our liking, lots of yard maintenance happening right at 8am! Location was spot on and unit was very clean. Thank you

    Beachfront but Dated

    Loved the spacious beachfront balcony for breakfast or afternoon relaxing. This high-tech unit is part of the Longboat Key Resort, which is a big plus. Furnishings and beige and brown colors were quality for their time but dated; brown carpet somewhat matted; the unit seemed dim. Good quality towels but dated bed covers. Stiff mattress. Prefer colors and furnishings with a coastal vibe.

    Bugs in tub faucet and hair clog, had to cleanup and unstop. Housekeeping had not run water in tub.no acess to tiki bar or restaurant, 2 nd class citizens
