Walkable to Coquina Beach and North Longboat restaurants and destinations. No boats please.

Fantastic in every way
Our family has stayed here many times, and it is always our first choice! The property is perfectly located on the north end of LBK, which has more of the classic old Florida vibe and walkable restaurants. It is very close to the beach with wonderful views of the lagoon. It is always clean and comfy, and the hosts go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect :)

Anniversary
We absolutely love it here! My wife and I have been here three years in a row for our anniversary. As soon as we get here it is peacefully and relaxing. This place has all the amenities that you need for an enjoyable stay and it's just a short walk to the beach. In the evenings we sit on the back porch over looking the water and have dinner or get dressed and go out to the finest restaurants. We never want to leave and can't wait to get back the second we do.

Great spot for beach walkers
We like to walk beaches and look for shells, there are amazing beaches just a very short walk from this property. The view from the living room and patio is beautiful. In summary, we booked it again for a stay next winter. Looking forward to coming back.

A wonderful place!
Although not fancy, it is what the doctor ordered for sun starved people. The short easy walk to the beach and the walks around Beercan Island were wonderful. We are very grateful to have stayed here.

We had a great time. The apartment was in a great location and in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and was exactly as described. Ellen was a great host. We will definitely be back and recommend to family and friends.

Longboat Pass Condo
The condo is small but well equipped. The view from the back sliding door of the bay is just beautiful..and it is a 5 minute walk to the gulf. North Longboat is very quiet and a great place to walk and bike ride. Great restaurants within walking distance.

This is our second stay here and has been absolutely perfect! The location is excellent, the views are beautiful and just a short walk to the crystal clear beach! The attention to detail with this property is superb! All you have to do is show up and enjoy your vacation!
