Long Dat Vacation Packages

This hotel is in a great location with access to restaurants, bars and markets. Staff were helpful and welcoming. We booked the panorama suite which had good views and we enjoyed the pool and dinner that we had at the hotel. Our main concern was that the corridors on our top floor didn’t seem to be air-conditioned and the room aircon turned off every time we left as it relied on the door keycard to operate. It wasn’t pleasant to return to a hot room after sightseeing. In the end we asked for an extra room key to keep the room cool while we were out. Breakfast buffet was adequate for us. Good value for the location.

Had an enjoyable stay. Stayed with a friend in the twin room. Room was an internal Room 505. No windows but was not a big problem. Room was quiet. Room was small but adequate. Large bathroom and shower. Standouts: Rooftop pools and cafes, small gym, friendly staff, spa and breakfast buffet. Oasis in the middle of HCMC. District 1 so walking to war museum, post office and cathedral. Lots of dining options also close. Would recommend and stay again.

A great hotel in the heart of downtown!

Best hotel in Hanoi- very attentive staff. Thomas and Rose ( both managers) remembered our names. Very personalized service. Lisa remember my cappuccino order every morning. Stayed for 4 nights. Can’t wait to return.
