"I did so much research in preparation for my trip to NYC with my daughter. I couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay at the Warwick! The location was ideal, very walkable to Central Park South, Times Square, Broadway Shows, and 5th Avenue shopping. The hotel is stunning, the room was impeccably clean and the service was outstanding. The room has a mini fridge and a coffee machine that uses pods that they provide. There is a small market a few steps away and a great liquor store just around the corner. We absolutely loved our time there and cant wait to return!!"

Upon arrival, I was assisted by Mei, who like Rosie provided stellar service; I mean top notch!❤️ The experience was so great that I bought them both flowers; I even extended my stay! While it may have been their jobs, they both exuded such a pleasant and warm personality, that is often lacking in customer service. Additionally, all other personnel that I had limited interactions with were very kind. If ever I return to NYC for an.extended stay, The New York Hilton - Midtown is where I'm staying."
