  • Surfview 1 peut accueillir un maximum de 8 personnes. Pour accueillir jusqu'à 38 personnes, vous devez réserver séparément Surfview 2 (14 personnes) et / ou Surfview 3 (16 personnes). Des frais de loyer supplémentaires s'appliquent pour chaque maison. Les 3 maisons gérées par Bloomer Estates Vacation Rentals.

    Toutes les maisons: Nous exigeons un séjour minimum de 4 nuits en été / vacances. Cependant, nous prendrons des réservations de 2 ou 3 nuits pour les séjours en semaine pour combler les lacunes de l’horaire ou pour les réservations de dernière minute. Contacter l'hôte pour plus de détails!

    Les trois maisons Surfview acceptent les animaux domestiques, ont une vue sur l'océan et partagent un terrain de front de mer de trois acres avec un terrain de volleyball de taille olympique, un jeu Rainbow, un ballon de tennis, un terrain de foot / football et un stand en fer à cheval réglementaire. Chaque maison dispose de son propre foyer séparé et de ses tables de pique-nique. Ces maisons réunies conviennent parfaitement aux grands groupes, aux réunions de famille, aux mariages et aux activités de consolidation d'équipe.

    Surfview 1 est une maison récemment rénovée qui accepte les animaux domestiques et se trouve à quelques pas de la plage par un chemin privé. La maison est à seulement deux miles du centre-ville de Long Beach. L'ameublement simple combiné à un excellent emplacement le rend parfait pour les familles à petit budget. Il y a très peu, voire aucune, résidences de vacances résidentielles sur toute la péninsule de Long Beach, Washington, à proximité de la ville et de l'océan, à ce prix.

    Les prestations de Surfview 1 comprennent:

    • 8 personnes dans 3 chambres dans une maison de plain-pied. Les enfants de deux ans et moins ne comptent pas dans l'occupation maximale.

Hot tub and view were great. On day 2 though we found a tick in one of the rooms and the last morning our youngest daughter woke up covered in bug bites.

The house was very nice for our small group. We loved the hot tub and could enjoy the game/tv room while others were upstairs. We were very disappointed that the pickleball court was closed during our stay. It was one of the main reasons for our stay at this property and to pay a premium price. At the very least this could have been disclosed. The other outdoor games were nice. Sadly, we also had rude and crude neighbors, with an aggressive dog at the property leading to the beach, which is necessary to pass by from our property to get to the ocean. It made for an unpleasant experience each trip to the beach. Once at the beach we appreciated the shoe stand/seat that marks the trail and that the trail is very nicely maintained.

The kids had a blast hanging downstairs playing air hockey! The walk to the beach isn't very long but there are many pokey, spiky things that caused them to complain quite a bit. The beds were very comfortable!

We had a pleasant time here. The location is perfect and outside of the bustle of the city. Long Beach was busy for wintertime. Lack of parking at both lighthouses. Cape D was not a disappointment. Beautiful area anytime of year.

Vacation by the beach

The stay at Surfview 1 was great! The unit was well equipped, clean, easily accessible, and dog/kid friendly. The kids loved the slide off the deck and playing in the play area. Additionally, the location is close to town and a couple minute walk to the beach. We also were pleasantly surprised by the hot tub on the deck. Everyone very much enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality from the property manager.

Birthday/Mother's Day Getaway

We had a wonderful stay in Surfview 1. Very homey, and comfortable with a slight view of the ocean. We could hear the ocean at night. Our kids had the best time sliding down the slide and playing on the playground. The host and their team was very responsive, attentive and showed great hospitality. The game room was an added bonus to this vacation home. We'd stay there again!

Beach house vacation

While this house isn’t right on the beach, it is a short walk to the beach. The home is very comfortable with large picture windows in the living room and dining room. 5 minute drive to town.

Relaxation at the beach

Well equipped, easily accessible, beautiful view, easy process of reserving and booking, unit amenities able to accommodate dogs, outside porch, number of rooms, easy clean floors, nice deck. Game room, outside activities and easy access to city. All this made for a wonderful stay. Couple things - outside door of porch needs to latch so cannot be opened and need more hooks for hanging in bedrooms and bath.

A Great Little Cottage

The cottage had a very well equipped kitchen, the BBQ was good and I loved the deck with the Adirondack chairs. The grandkids loved the play aground and volleyball area and the fire pit. It was an easy walk or drive to the beach. We loved the bald eagles.

Reviewer Comments: Located away from the bustle in a quaint neighborhood, the view isn't exactly of the surf but a distant ocean view with many grass covered dunes in between. The LB area was very busy for wintertime and no parking available at both lighthouses. The famous cliff-side wave pounding below the lighthouse at Cape D was not a disappointment.

A nice getaway

We had a very nice time at Surfview 1. The property was really cool, only a 10 minute walk to the beach and we had a great time playing pickleball and hanging out in the hot tub. The pictures make the house look larger than it is, but we were ok as 3 adults and 1 baby with a couple dogs. The house was fully stocked with supplies, a pack n play and games. It was nice to have the game room separated so we could make some noise when the baby was asleep. There were some prickly thorns in the grass which hurt my small dog's paws but it didn't seem to bother the larger dogs from the neighboring properties. Definitely take your shoes off before going inside though so you don't track the thorns inside. The properties share the kids play area and pickleball / volleyball courts, everyone was really nice. The rental company was very communicative and helped us find a restaurant that allowed dogs and babies (rare in Long Beach!). We'd definitely rent from them again!

Great place for our expanding family

These next door properties can accommodate us well. We like the quiet location a few miles from town and a relatively short walk to the beautiful beach. The Bloomer Estates staff are always friendly, accessible and responsive to our needs, for example, our request for non-allergenic cleaning products prior to our stay. Every year we find new improvements and upgrades. Our stay is always enjoyable.

Our family takes a yearly vacation to Long Beach and will continue to come back to Surview 1. The upgrades they have made over the last year have been excellent - washer/dryer in the house, remodeled kitchen and view windows, etc. The property is great for kids and pets as well as easy access to the beach. Highly recommended!
