"This was a a great accommodation for us to be near family in Orlando. We had 3 adults and two teens. The house is brand new and comfortable in a gated community. Plenty of space. Close to Disney and everything else we were toodling around to. Would highly recommend!"
"We enjoyed the stay. We’re not really picky people but truly enjoyed our little vacation here. Only issue we personally had was the house wasn’t as clean as expected (just a few things missed by cleaning crew), there were a lot of bugs at night by the hot tub (a few is expected, but there was an entire blanket of bugs on the floor and screen, which cause the bugs to seep into the house), finally the gators around should be notated on the listing (gators are expected in Florida but I feel like it should’ve been notated in case people don’t know). Besides that, we had a great time! Thank you so much. "
"Property manager quickly responds.We loved the location. Quiet private neighborhood. The location allowed you to avoid taking I-4 (which is always a parking lot.) I recommend taking the house keys with you because the dead bolt doesn’t always turn on where you can enter in the code. We will definitely be back with family and friends."
"I had a wonderful stay at this charming home in Poinciana. The space was extremely clean and well-maintained—clearly cared for with attention to detail. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself is cozy and quaint, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like a true home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again!"
"Besides the initial miscommunication during check in, I really enjoyed myself. The only other issue I had was there were no supplies to clean the pool and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a little bit. But we got everything situated and enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be staying here again."

"We stayed here during a trip to Lake Wales for our nonprofit, Band of Brothers. The home was perfect — clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Great location, peaceful neighborhood, and an overall amazing experience. Highly recommend for groups or families!"
"Windows were filthy, stove top burners did not fit on two burners and stove was old. Mattress in master bedroom concave in the middle my husband had to sleep in the spare bedroom. The faucet in kitchen was ready to fall off! (We reported to James at property Management he said Togo ahead and use it! Adult pool was closed! My husband saw a Palme bug crawling on the w on Saturday we packed up and left Sunday Morning instead of Monday "
