Please allow 24 hours from time you make your reservation until time you check in to allow ample time to make sure our place is cleaned and will exceed your expectations. House is within 20-45 minutes of all the attractions, but you might not want to leave this resort. Disney 25 miles away Universal 35 Sea World 25 \[This is by far the best!!!! Must See\] LEGOLAND 19.2 miles from house. Outlet stores are 20 miles away. Two Full size pools \[open from 8am to 10pm, they just added lights!\], heated spa, Lighted Basketball and Tennis courts, Work out room and pool table. The resort is right on a lake \[Lake Marion\], there is Fishing and Beach Volleyball. The family will have a blast. Not only is this a great place for the kids, Mom and Dad need a break for themselves just as well. Maybe it's that perfect weekend getaway? There is a private driveway that fits one car. If you bring an additional car please park it over to the left of the basketball courts and trash compactor, and it’s only a short walk over to the house. There is a leaf for the table if you need a larger table. It’s in the front bedroom closet. There is a iron and ironing board in the laundry closet. Our vacation home will sleep 8 comfortably. There’s a king, queen, 2 twins and a queen size sofa bed. The condo is okay, however there are significant signs of wear and tear leaving a rundown feeling to it. The checkout instructions ask you to wash used towels. This means you are trusting the previous travelers to have washed them well. The laundry soap provided for this was watered down to the point of being more water than detergent. Any items provided are of the lowest quality. My husband joked he didn't know sandpaper came on a roll (toilet tissue)- be sure to bring your own paper towel, tissue, hand soap, dish soap etc. The location is quite a distance from anywhere. Be prepared to drive 20 minutes to the nearest Publix and a solid hour to Disney. We skipped a planned additional day to Orlando due to the drive. ##### Natalie K. We didn’t get to make it in the swimming pool because of sched but did go by it and looked very nice, clean and well kept up… and to top it off it was pet friendly which was perfect for our little inside dog!! We stayed here for 2 weeks while we relocated to the area. We needed a place for ourselves and 3 pets. My husband also needed to work from home. This house was perfect for all of our needs. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was brand new. It was immaculately clean and very quiet. There is a nice view of a pond from the back patio. The only things that we found a bit challenging (and no fault of the owner) were the check-in process (you have to stop at the gate and give your information & it was very difficult to hear the person on the other end - it improves once you get the parking pass inside the unit). If you have more than one vehicle, you will have to park it in the overflow parking, which for this unit, was a long walk. This was not an issue most of the time for us, but something to consider. Trash also must be brought up to the garbage disposal which is near the overflow parking. We got in the habit of driving our daily trash up to the disposal every night and that was fine. The resort has a nice pool, basketball & tennis courts and other items that can be borrowed from the clubhouse. We had a great stay at Lake Marion Golf Resort and really appreciated being able to have our pets with us! ##### Amanda S.
