They gave us a first room, and it wasn't ready for guests. We asked for a second room, and luckily they did, but there was no working AC, no window screen, it smelled like cat pee and one of the beds was low-quality (very hard, springs could be felt though the mattress).
Poor guy at the front desk did what he could to help, so I would say the service was alright considering everything.
The deposit for the room (pets) was more expensive than the stay, so that was a little annoying.
