"Absolutely shocking. Arrived at 7.20pm. Check in was between 5-8pm. No sign of anyone. Phoned both phone numbers and messaged via hotel.com - no answer from property. Waited there for an hour. We were extremely tired after leaving the UK at 7am!!! Had to find another hotel at ann extra cost. Eventually arrived around 9pm. Hotel owner phoned me at 10.38pm, waking us up, to ask where we were and apologise! What a joke. A formal complaint has been made to hotel.con who were extremely helpful...

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique gite spacieux et très bien entretenu .Nous étions 11 adultes et 8 enfants et tout le monde y a trouvé sa place .Dans les espaces intérieures, il ne manque rien. A l'extérieure une magnifique terrasse avec portique pour enfants, bac à sable et terrain de pétanque .Des moutons, des poules ,des lapins sur la propriété ont fait le bonheur des enfants ! Dans le fond du jardin, il y a un étang de pêche. Les pêcheurs ont pêché plein de prises et ont été ravis ! Si vous avez le moindre soucis, Jean-Luc est juste à côté et réagit au moindre problème! Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter ! :-)"

"Wir haben mit 7 Personen ein paar schöne Tage in dem Haus gehabt.Toll war der Billardtisch (allerdings ein bisschen eng) und die Tischtennisplatte (ebenfalls recht beengt, sodass kein Rundlauf ging). Es gab auch eine Leinwand mit ein paar Kinosesseln unterm Dach, die wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben. Die Kommunikation mit Peter war super und der CheckIn unkompliziert.Leider gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück und direkt vor dem Grundstück darf man aufgrund der maroden Mauer nicht parken. Wir hatten aber Glück, da wir meistens in der Straße einen Platz gefunden haben.Wichtige Info: Es gibt Bettwäsche aber keine Handtücher. Das haben wir erst auf dem Weg realisiert."

"The hotel wasn't anything like described. The bar, restuarant, garden and terrace were all closed. But there are a couple of local restaurants nearby. The stairs up to our room were very tight. So it would be very difficult to use a large suitcase. Our room was half renovated. The bathroom was quite roomy and looked nice. But the flush on the toilet broke and there was no one to report it to. A small part fell off the shower while I was using it. A hairdryer was provided, but it was fixed so far up the wall , that I found it hard to use. There was a new wardrobe but the door ,shelves and mirror hadn't been secured ,so it was very dangerous, and unusable. They didn't provide any hangers. Therefore we had nowhere to put our clothes. On the plus side. We had free use of the coffee machine downstairs. The hotel was in a very good location and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel has a lot of potential . We found it expensive for what was offered at this time."
