Upon arrival, we were informed that the room was unavailable due to a water leak. While I understand that maintenance issues can arise, there was no adequate alternative provided that met accessibility requirements. Additionally, the room we were assigned was not clean, which further added to the frustration of the situation. The most serious issue occurred when the elevator was not working. This left my handicapped parents with no choice but to walk downstairs, creating a significant safety concern and unnecessary hardship. When I approached the front desk for assistance, I was met with an unprofessional and dismissive response.
