The living area is cozy and modern, decorated in light colors and wood-effect finishes. The modern built-in kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, waffle iron, blender, and numerous kitchen utensils. 
The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor. One bedroom has a comfortable double box-spring bed, and the other has two single box-spring beds. There are TVs in both bedrooms as well. 
The house has two bathrooms: a smaller one on the first floor with a shower. The larger bathroom upstairs has a bathtub in addition to the shower. A washing machine and dryer are available.
