Some challenges getting in touch with hotel management as we had access issues. On the plus, they were polite and did do their best to be helpful once we connected. "This hotel had clean, comfortable rooms. Having an onsite restaurant for dinner was a nice benefit. Good breakfast buffet too. The only negative was that no one was available at the front desk for check even though we rang the bell and waited a while. We ended up going to the restaurant and alerting them, which took care of us."
