Biking was easy and every question prior to arriving was answered timely. Jennifer was amazing with communication once we arrived. We had a bad storm second day and power went out. Jennifer was great with handling this situation. Luckily we were only out of power for about an hour and half. (Storm fault) The only “negative” was the WiFi. It was Very spotty- we received good WiFi connection in the back room upstairs though! They also did tell us this prior to arrival. They do have Dish TV service so that was nice. It is in a great location and has gorgeous views. We enjoyed the game room and hot tub. There was plenty of space and things to do. The owner was very attentive and helpful.
