This modern new build has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, large living room with a plush couch, 6 person dining table, and an open concept kitchen that's perfect for entertaining and cooking.  
  
The master has a king size Beautyrest mattress with a head and feet adjusting bed frame. The master offers soft, high quality sheets, 4 king size pillows, dark tinted windows and a sound machine. The other 2 bedrooms have queen Beautyrest mattresses, high quality sheets, full closets, and a built in desk area. The master bathroom has a rainfall shower head and plenty of room to get ready, and the 2 additional bedrooms share a large bathroom with a shower/tub combination.  
  
The house is equipped with Sonos sound system, therefore you can play your music from anywhere in the house. The living room has a 65" Samsung flat screen that also links into the Sonos system so you can get a theater sound for any sports programming or movies from your favorite streaming app. Cable TV is provided through Spectrum, as well as the WiFi.  
  
The open kitchen is stocked with spices, zip lock baggies, oils, dishware, glasses, All-Clad pots and pans, Kitchenaid standup mixer, 4 slice toaster, Vitamix blender, waffle maker, coffee press, 2 sided coffee maker (one side Kurig friendly), coffee grinder, tea kettle, sharp Wustof and Shun chef knife sets, Sous Vide, crockpot, air fryer, sandwich maker, and juicer. Whatever you need, we have it!  
  
The show stopper for this property is the backyard! The American Whirlpool MX6 swim spa is front and center, and it's surrounded by a huge wooden deck. You can use the swim spa as a hot tub, swimming pool, or exercise equipment, the choice is yours! The Powerpool 16-foot MX6 is a powerhouse for a workout, offering MAAXForce swim jets for swimming, it also has seating with coach chairs and 2 massage seats, one being an upright lounge with calf and foot massage jets. Top depth 5 ft, holds over 2100 gallons of water, and has a total of 36 jets. The backyard has multiple places to sit, relax, and eat, whether under the Arbor with the comfortable L shaped couch (including a ceiling fan), around the 6 person flagstone fire pit, 6 person outside dining table, 2 outdoor fully reclining chairs to view the many stars at night, the 2 person seating area with its own Chimney Box, or the lounge swing chair hanging from the tree. Under the Arbor is a Weber gas grill and a Traeger smoker for all your outdoor grilling and smoking needs.  
  
Lockhart is well known for its barbecue. There is nothing better than going through town and smelling the wood burning, and imagining each pit master getting the pits ready for the juiciest brisket, sausage, pork ribs, beef ribs, and turkey in Texas.  
  
Lockhart, the 'City with a Vision' is not only known for its barbecue but it has coffee shops, vintage clothing stores, antique shops, local art gallery, tattoo parlors, funky country clothing stores, old-school toy store, authentic Mexican food restaurants with handmade tortillas, old vinyl record store, award winning chef-inspired restaurants, a freshly-made dough pizzaria, full service bars with live music, the most pictured courthouse in Texas, a fresh and thriving Farmers Market every Saturday morning.  
  
Every month downtown hosts an event that’s called First Friday. Retailers and restaurants offer extended hours, live music, and fun for the whole family. You can visit Lockhart State Park where you can hike the trails, ride your bike, swim in the parks swimming pool, and it even has a 9-hole golf coarse with golf car rentals.  
  
The house is located only 15 minutes from Circuit of the Americas (COTA), home to Formula 1, and other ultimate racing events and entertainment. Tesla’s new Gigafactory is just 20 minutes away also.  
  
While you are here you can enjoy river tubing on the San Marcos River by Martindale (13 miles), take a chair and cool off in the river around Fentress (14 miles), visit Main Street in Buda (25 miles) with its shopping and restaurants, drive to New Braunfels (38 miles) and experience their unique shops, quiet cafes, museums, art galleries, and its water park Schlitterbahn. Bastrop (34 miles) has a charming downtown full of shopping and restaurants, a museum and a visitor center, or go kayaking and fishing on the Colorado River. Austin is only 25 minutes away, you can visit some big city entertaining, excellent food scenes (lots of food trucks), and shopping for the luxury label lover or the vintage and thrift store treasure hunter! You can experience and have fun at any of these places, and when you are finished you have comfort, privacy and ‘your home away from home’ to return to!
