Ground floor with street level entrance: bright living room (sofa, etc.), "suspended" desk. WIFI connection. Upstairs: 2nd bedroom (mezzanine overlooking the living room: 140 cm bed). The lowest lower level (level -2) is accessible by an external stone staircase (and also from the lower level): large vaulted and paved cellar. Cottage not suitable for people with disabilities. Electric heating (extra/meter). Public parking nearby. Flat rate supplement of €20/week for use of the fireplace.
