Por estar na montanha oferece restaurante e sala de jogos com lareira para entreter os hóspedes durante a noite. Serviço nem tanto. A localização do hotel é fantástica. A simpatia de seus funcionários é outro ponto de destaque positivo. O Adailson (Brasileiro) que era responsável pelo front-office, foi muito atencioso com todos. Fazia o papel até de gerente do hotel, coordenando o serviço no restaurante e conversando com os clientes sobre os problemas de atendimento. Enquanto o dono do hotel não dirigia a palavra aos hospedes. Como pontos negativos destaco a desorganização da equipe, o que levava a esperas grandes para receber o pedido do restaurante, por exemplo. Faltava à equipe uma coordenação mais adequada, pois boa vontaded e educação não lhes faltava, mesmo em momentos de alto estresse e reclamações de clientes.
