Incredible stay! Absolutely perfect.
The photos on the listening do not do it justice. It is a beautiful apartment and much bigger and better then you can see in the pictures. I would recommend getting professional photos done. Our host was wonderful and was easy to get hold of. The apartment was immaculate. The space was massive, the aircon was superb. We stayed here with our 2 year hold and it was marvellous. Cala Pi beach was round the corner and lots of restaurants nearby which catered for veggies. I give this property 10/10. You will not be disappointed by staying here. Thank you so much, we had an amazing holiday.

Great location, beautiful property, wonderful Host. Just perfect!
We spent wonderful 9 days in Mallorca staying in Cala Pi. Beate is just great. Helpful with completely anything we could think of. The property was spacious, modern, clean, well equipped, and simply beautiful. Actually the whole property with underground parking and huge patio throughout the entire length of the flat roof is so well designed. I am builder myself so I could appreciate that. I would recommend this place especially for the family with kids. Cala Pi is a very peaceful village, very close to the crowded Palma (30 minutes drive) and within 1 - 1.20 hour drive on average to any other place on the island. Thank You Beate! We had a wonderful time!!!! Gregory, Daria, Sara and Oliver.

Perfecto Family Vacation
We are family of experienced travelers and go to Europe every year for a last 20 years.  So I can tell from the experience that this apartment is perfect for family vacation; I would compare it with BMW X5 series: it is solid, roomy, well appointed and furnished with a great amenities such as rooftop solarium and a special  terrace for barbecue, no nonsense anywhere.  Above all it is super clean: feels like everything was bought yesterday. Beate, our hostess is very nice and pleasant person who answer all emails same day and seem to be thought over all details including special plugs for american electric appliances, wow!  Plus she takes time to explain everything to her guests; noway one can get such a treatment even in 5 star hotels. The location is very good, it is not on a mountain side of the island and you can party at Palma (35 min drive) all night long without fear of narrow mountain passes of the north shore.  The beach nearby is clean and mostly good (the only minus for us was bunch of topless girls hanging there, we did not see so many of them at ??????? ? ??????.  Staten Island, New York.

Tolle Wohnung….
Wohnung und Besitzerin top, aber leider direkt an der Straße, also schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster unmöglich, das Müllschippe fährt morgens um 7 Uhr gefühlt durch das Bett durch! Schade, denn die Wohnung ist wirklich toll!

Entspannter Aufenthalt
Die Unterkunft entspricht genau den Angaben im Inserat. Wir haben sehr schöne 9 Tage hier verbracht. Hervorzuheben ist hier definitiv die Dachterrasse! Die Lage ist sehr gut, der Strand ist in 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen und auch der Rest der Insel kann von hier aus mittels Mietwagen sehr leicht erkundet werden. Der Kontakt mit Frau Nieguth war hervorragend und sie stand jederzeit als kompetente und liebenswerte Ansprechpartnerin zur Verfügung. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen.
