"Staff were brilliant, rooms have been let go from a maintenance point of view. Food was tasty but very over priced, especially the breakfast. Would have made a complaint if I’d had to pay £18 for that had it not been included with the nights stay. Drinks reasonably priced though."

"Lovely country house hotel with beautiful grounds and view, great food, and friendly staff. Even a pool to cool us down on a super hot May day (outdoor, unheated, small and perfect!) Thanks for helping with unique food intolerances too. We will be back"

The Sleeping Giant - Pen Y Cae Inn
"We had a lovely relaxing stay at a fantastic property in a beautiful part of the world. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was very spacious and beautifully decorated with a small patio outside to chill. Food was great and we will certainly be returning."

"Lovely place but the photos aren't too accurate. I was excited at first but underwhelmed when I saw it in real life. The room was too dark too. Location is okay and there's a nice Chinese restaurant Infront. Still worth the money though"
