The hotel was great and super close to everything, I have an invisible disability and was super pleased at how inclusive it is but what really made it was the staff. They were helpful, happy and did everything they could to help (and that includes the lovely girls at the Spa) if we come back to Liverpool, we know where we’re staying.

All staff friendly and approachable. Room disappointing King suite No air conditioning Carpets and decor looking tired mirror in bathroom, stains on the floor. Two TV’s in room, didn’t fit into their wooden casing, so could see wires etc Had to ask for bottled water Tea and coffee facilities basic, long life milk Shower tray slanted and the water flooded out into bathroom It just didn't feel like a suite at £190 for one night should feel. Have stayed in DT Leeds the night before and this leaves the Liverpool hotel behind. Have also said in Hotel indigo recently and this was a much better experience too. The room and hotel just feels tired The pictures on the website are not a true reflection of the hotel.

Great location close to shopping centre. Close walking distance to Albert Dock. The spa was amazing and very relaxing. Hotel room walls are pretty thing, you can hear a lot of noise from neighbours, hallway and outside. Staff were wonderful and very friendly.

Lovely big room, bed super comfy! Staff all brilliant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, loads of choice. Spa was nice.. however it was very busy and not enough room in changing rooms at all. Also the lockers did not work. 45 mins was enough time for us.
