Pretty Creek - Your Lake Gaston Vacation Retreat! Pool and Lake Front!

From the private pool with diving board and huge pool deck, to the boat dock with bar, this home has just what you need to reach your vacation zen. Our incredible lakefront home is situated on one of the best locations on Pretty Creek. It sleeps 11- six on the main level (1 King bed and 2 Queen beds) and 4-5 (2 queen beds and 1 pull out twin sofa) on the lower level. The owners suite boast a private lux bath and a full lake view. Two additional bedrooms are located on the main level, both offering queen size beds and fantastic views. The lower level has a large bedroom with 2 queen beds, a super size-spa bathroom, comfortable family room and game room with ping pong table, dart board and games. We supply an ample amount of bath and pool towels along with premium bedding. The home is well equipped with needed kitchen gadgets including blender, crockpots, dishes and all cooking utensils. We even offer a super stocked spice cabinet for the vacationing chef or for whoever has kitchen duty. The home is a short distance from local marina's for boat and jet ski rentals, restaurants and shopping. Come enjoy all Lake Gaston has to offer or simply sit back and enjoy the view! This place is even more amazing than the pictures and reviews show. Lake, pool, and game room were so fun for the kids. The deck and dock were relaxing for the adults. The week went by so fast. Valerie was super respinsive. Would love to come back yearly!

Best Vacation Ever
As a family we were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. It was so nice to have our children and grandchildren all together. The home was perfect with enough space for everyone to gather together and to have space in private. The pool and the boathouse were the main hangout. We are a water group so fishing, swimming and boating make us happy and your home offered it all. Great place and great host who answered our question quickly.

WONDERFUL STAY
Great location. Loved the access to the lake and having the pool as well. Despite some thunderstorms(yeah!-we don't get many of those in Oregon) we had a blast. Loved the elevated covered deck... We spent most of our time there when not in the water. Beds very comfortable as well.

Beautiful lake house and property with great outdoor space! We especially loved hanging out on back deck overlooking pool and lake. Plenty of activities to do at house with pool, kayaking, and fishing from dock! We also enjoyed the lake by renting a boat for a few days. Definitely will be back in the future!

The Best Blessed Family Vacation
Our family had the most amazing time at Pretty Creek, one of the best family vacation we have had without my mother, the pool was great, just wished it had lights for night fun, the TV at the dock would have been fun. But we couldn’t get it to work, overall the house was very comfortable, we would consider staying there again We didn’t find the Guestbook, but beautiful home. Blessing, Sarah

Amazing house at Lake Gaston
I've been visiting Lake Gaston for over 20 years and this property was by far the nicest. The amenities are very family friendly and there is nothing that we would have changed. The pool offered a great way to cool off during the afternoons and the dock was great for fishing and swimming. There was tons of space for everyone in the family and the locking back deck doors were great to keep our adventurous toddler safe. We rented a boat and jetski from a nearby business and the dock had excellent tie offs for both. The fire pit was a big hit and offered a perfect view of the lake at sunset. Valerie was a great host and was extremely responsive throughout our stay. We're already planning our return trip and will be counting the days until our next stay!

First Time Lake House Renter
Our first time renting a lake house and we are sold! This home and the decor is charming and welcoming, and very well stocked. Beautiful house and property, we especially enjoyed the outdoor space. The covered deck was my favorite space, you could easily watch kids in the pool and enjoy the views of the lake. House was equipped with everything we needed and owner was responsive to any questions we had.

Third Time!!!
This is our third year at this beautiful home and again, we had a marvelous time!! The new addition to the back deck/porch has been fantastic and we spent a great deal of time there. This house was fantastic! The beds were so comfortable, and the house came with clean towels (bath and pool) and sheets. The dock situation was amazing with both covered seating and bar area with TV. The view from the fire pit area was breathtaking. We loved the pool and hot tub as well.

Fantastic vacation home
This house was perfect for our family vacation! The house was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. The pool and dock/lake kept the kids (and adults) entertained every day and evening. The boys fished their hearts out! Ms. Valerie was a wonderful host and responded quickly to all my questions. Wonderful vacation!
We have stayed in several homes at Lake Gaston over the years and this home was definitely our favorite. The home was beautiful and had everything you would need for an enjoyable vacation. Our family loved cooling off at the pool on all those hot days. Also, enjoyed fishing and hanging out at the dock as well. We definitely hope to vacation here in the future!

Perfect location
9 of us stayed at this property and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house sits on a quiet finger of the lake. Our kids loved the pool, especially since it was so hot the week we went. The dock was so comfortable and spacious! Every morning was spent sitting there enjoying the peace and quiet with our coffee and fishing was great as well. We caught huge catfish and had ourselves a fish fry that evening. Hint, they love Wonder bread! We didn't even turn on the TV although it was nice that they have one on the dock. We used the kayaks which was so fun. 4 teenagers took the basement which has a beautiful big bathroom, game room and a huge TV. Not too much to do in the area so don't expect to go out to dinner every night or have activities other than renting boats, jet skis, pontoon boats. This is a great place for relaxing. The kitchen was fully stocked and had a spare coffee maker thank goodness. Valerie was easy to get a hold of when there was some minor issues. I loved not having to bring linens. On a side note, is sad to see that some renters don't take care of the houses they rent. I would hope more people feel they need to treat the rentals better than they treat their own homes.

What a positively fabulous vacation home! The pictures simply do not do it justice. The home was beautifully decorated, immaculate, and fully supplied with so many items that made our trip easier. This host thought of everything from pool towels and sunblock, to spices, and even a waffle maker. I have already shared this listing with 3 friends and we will certainly rebook if we make it back to Lake Gaston. We had a relaxing week on the lake but this home was what made it a perfect vacation.

We had a wonderful week at the house. The delightful seating area on the dock was our favorite spot. The pool area was also second.
