The valet was very busy upon arrival. Probably took 10 minutes to drop off the car. Retrieving the car was fast and easy. The restaurant was good. Selection was good. Food could have been hotter. The Starbucks was closing down, so the selection was limited. Check-in good. Value good. Staff excellent. The elevators showed signs of wear, but were operating without issue

Beautiful room with a gorgeous view over the river. The team were outstanding with their friendly and professional service. When pulling up - your valet parks your car. We never used our car the entire trip. It was located near the things we needed within walking distance. Or you could grab the trolley. The market , restaurants and hurts donut was all right there. It is walking distance to the Robinson Center & that was our destination. Property was very clean. There is a Starbucks and a restaurant located at this property. Rooms- I made the mistake and we had double beds. Bed was comfortable but having 2 people in the same bed was not. So keep that in mind. Room was clean. Staff friendly and the overall was nice. We will definitely stay at this location again . Don’t forget to tip your valet- they were great!
