"This place gets worse every year. We try holding on to what was once special but this is going to be our final visit. The golf course has taken the back seat to the casino and the casino is poorly done / managed. The place has become a trap for retirement and social security cash grab. "

"This hotel is in the center of town and has the same charm as the town. You are living in history and have access to an abundant array of shops, parks, and restaurants. A definite place to consider."

"Everything was great. Our A/C went out the first night. The quickly upgraded us to a better room. They even double checked to see if it was satisfactory. A+ for the staff's attention to our situation."

"Hotel was clean and updated. Breakfast was great, with lots of options. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Hot tub and pool were nice. There’s a nice walking path along a canal just behind the hotel. Only issue we had was that ours had an adjoining door which allowed the noise from the next room to easily make its way to our room. Unfortunately, they were fully booked so we couldn’t switch rooms. Luckily the guys next door eventually quieted down."

"The hotel is spotless and well-maintained. I was in late and out early both nights but the two desk clerks with which I dealt were pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately I had to be out before the breakfast was available. "
