Welcome to your home away from home! This spacious, newly updated 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat is perfect for families or groups; Ideal for long term stays or short getaways. Start your day with coffee in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy board games and fun-filled nights or unwind with a movie in the cozy living room. With spacious turf back yard, relax and enjoy the fresh air as you read a book or watch the kids play or even grill on a Saturday afternoon. The master also has a beautiful walk in closet with a separate tub and shower. Upstairs we have 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Turf in the back yard, a grill and 2 free parking spots on property. Need to work? A dedicated office with high-speed Wi-Fi and two desks ensures productivity. Whether relaxing or exploring, enjoy comfort and convenience just 20 minutes from Omni PGA Frisco! NB. The property does have surveillance devices, including security cameras and a smart doorbell. These devices are located on the outside of the property(above the garage to monitor the front of the house and in the back yard-above the back door and on the left and right side of the house). The house itself is spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was lacking basic cooking supplies such as a cookie sheet and can opener.
