County Seat Colonial

  • Your home away from home: come relax and enjoy all Litchfield has to offer. The home is located in the heart of the Litchfield's Historic District. Fine dining, great shopping, yummy bakeries and historic sites are all steps away. Or just stay in where there is plenty of room to relax and cook fresh local food from the farmers market.
    If you want to be within walking distance to Litchfield town Green this is the spot! The home adorns two bedrooms with cozy queen size beds. There is one full bath located on the second level and a powder room on the main living level. The stairway is fairly steep may not be appropriate for all quests. The fully equipped, recently renovated kitchen is perfect for those nights you may want to stay in. There is a TV located in the living room and a charming dining area located off the kitchen.
    On the second floor there are two bedrooms and the main bathroom.
