"Trevligt litet äldre hotell i slutet av Storgatan, lugnt läge och nära till centrum med butiker och restauranger. Familjär stämning med otroligt trevlig personal! Lite slitet men rent, sköna sängar o kuddar, vi bodde i rum 205 mot bakgården, litet rum med förvånansvärt stor TV! Badrummet ok med dusch. Ingen AC men det fanns en fläkt mot värmen. Bra frukost med äggröra, bacon, korv, nybakt bröd, juicer, youghurt, fil, müsli, fil mm. Stort plus för gratis parkering på gården! Vi kommer gärna...

"Excellent place for cost, way better than average hotel, compared to others in area. Modern & maintained well. Really nice to have microwave & refrigerator / freezer in each room. Plus snack & drink type machines available by credit card use. Self kitchen is great too. Staff friendly & helpful. Note, limited time staff is at facility, but check in is clear to get in. Plenty of shops & food within 2 -10 minutes walk. Washing laundry is available. Bus & train stations easy to walk to 5-15 minutes....

"Roger, this man is a lifesaver! We arrived at this hotel tired from several days of skiing. We were pleased to see a free spa with jacuzzis and a sauna. It has a beautiful interior and smells/looks so clean. There were also snacks and drinks to purchase up front. We had to be at the airport at 4:30 a.m. the next morning but didn’t rent a car. The taxis were also all refusing to drive us. But Roger, the front desk manager at the time, so kindly offered to drive us and all of our luggage to the airport. We were so grateful and relieved. I’m not sure what we are would’ve done without him!!!! We wished we could’ve stayed longer in this beautiful place. Cannot recommend it enough! "

Family trip to Sled Dog Championships

"We weren't sure what to expect but enjoyed our stay and it was suitable for what we needed to do whilst in Ostersund. We had a number of sled dogs with us and these were accommodated without restriction. I can only give an average score on a number of things as I don't have anything much to compare against. However, the owners/managers were lovely, friendly and helpful and even came to watch at our event that we were taking part in. Down side, our water heater might not have been working too well as only one shower before having to wait a couple of hours for another person to be able to have one. No instructions as to how to use cooker/other kitchen appliances. Surprised we had to pay extra for bedding and towels. Lovey location and views, convenient for Ostersund town centre access and close to airport. We would definitely go back if returning to the same event."
