One bedroom with double bed. Cable tv and wifi. This fantastic apartment is situated in a condominium with pool. It's located in the 3rd floor of a building without elevator access, Entering the apartment there is a spacious living room with an open kitchen equipped so that you can prepare a snack or cook your own meal. There is a flat screen TV with cable channels and wifi. To seat you have a comfortable sofa. The bathroom is spacious and features a bath with shower. At walking distance you have Parede beach. Carcavelos beach is also close and it's famous by it's size and surf activity. You have plenty of restaurants in the area as well as shops and groceries. You normally find a free parking place in the streets surrounding the condominium. Aug 7, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Nice appartment, amazing location The location of the appartment is awesome: 4 minutes away from the beach, 10 minutes away from the Grocery Store, with a convinience at 30 seconds, and 8 minutes away from the train station to lisbon (walking). The host was very nice to us during the check in. The appartment is nicely decorated, and freshly renovated in a typical, old and traditional portuguese building. I have to mention that the appartment is a bit noisy; we pretty much hear the neighbours as if they are in the same appartment. The appartment was clean when we arrived and it felt like home away.
