Location was amazing. Cozy place. Great staff. The downsides are just the bathroom outside the room. I'd also put a TV in the room, maybe.

Overall an excellent stay! We stayed 6 nights - first two with family then the remainder just my fiancé and I. Service was great and friendly. The hotel is apartment style, but there is reception and cleaning daily. They have a stocked kitchen and laundry should it be required. Fresh pastry, eggs, bacon, bread, and more is included in the price — all you have to do is cook. The room was a good size with a balcony. No tv in room — but WiFi was good and just streamed Netflix, etc. The apartment and lounge areas are roomy and well decorated. The neighborhood is fantastic. Right in the center of things and good for tourists. Safe, metro nearby, lots of restaurants and shopping. Lastly, the staff is very friendly, helpful, and laid back. I would recommend to anyone going to Lisbon!

This is a great spot because it is close to everything. If you come in to Lisbon on the train this hotel is steps from the subway. The décor and welcome was exceptional. Breakfast was great. Made you feel right at home

Lovely stay.
Great place to stay. Location was excellent, walking distance to everything. We had a room with 2 twin beds and a big private bathroom that was located outside our room. They have a wonderful communal kitchen which was fantastic to use at anytime of the day. My only suggestion is there was only 1 small mirror in the bedroom which was hung to high for me to use (I’m 5ft2), a long length mirrow would have been nice. Also there is no ac, just a fan, so we kept our windows open which invited mosquitos in at night.

Homey Place in Lisbon
Love the ambiance. Very homey in the heart of Lisbon. The vibe in Chiado is awesome. Very near to everything. We will be back for sure.

5 Stars All The Way... We Will Be Back!
We could not have been any more happier with this hotel stay. The staff and main manager were extremely nice... even before we were able to check-in. The staff alway made sure we were well fed before and after our touring around. It was very comfortable, a great price for the stay and great service we got. When we decide to come back to this city, we will definitely be staying here again... as well as recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

City break - walk everywhere - Would Stay again :)
Stayed for 5 nights with a friend - two twin beds. Great location. Easy to get to. Very simple check in, here is your key, quick tour and enjoy! Friendly staff and clean rooms... great atmosphere... well decorated and right in the thick of the city. Evenings could be a little loud but it's a city so, expected! Would stay again :)

Good value right in the heart of Lisbon. Still under construction when we were there in April. Room was large and comfortable and shared bathrooms were modern and clean. Neighborhood is a little noisy, so bring ear plugs. Other than that very pleased.

Upmarket hostel
This accommodation is nice and comfortable but to me was no more than an upmarket hostel. Our room was spacious but there was very little storage for clothes as only a hanging rail was provided and that was required to hang towels on as there is no ensuite facilities. We were aware of this and that there were three shower rooms to be shared but when all six bedrooms are occupied then they are in constant use in the morning. The hot water for the showers must come from a hot water tank but this is insufficient to provide enough hot water for all guests as I discovered when I had to shower in cold water. Guests have free reign of the house so that you can relax in the comfortable lounge. There is a large kitchen to enjoy breakfast and some basic provisions are provided but you have to prepare, serve and clear away your own dishes, etc The guest house is in a great location for sightseeing and travelling via the Metro but there are a couple of wine bars below the property and we discovered that there was a lot of outside noise until the small hours. That was with the windows and shutters closed so may be more problematic with warmer weather. The owner is a really nice guy and helpful and informative.

Best place in Lisbon - Feels like Home!
My wife and I stayed at Lost Lisbon for 3 nights but could have stayed longer if our plans would have allowed. I have never stayed in a place that felt so much like home. amenities were great and I would recommend Lost Lisbon to anyone that wanted to stay in a great location in Lisbon. Service was great and breakfast and coffee in the mornings were a perfect start to the day. I was even able to do laundry during my stay.

Das Hotel bzw. Bed&Breakfast ist super zentral gelegen. Unser Zimmer war einfach, mit alten/antiken Möbeln ausgestattet, Bett, Dusche, WC aber neu/renoviert. In der modernen Küche gab es Frühstück, das man sich selbst zubereitet hat (frisches Obst, Tee, Saft, Kaffee, Ei, Schinken, Käse, Marmelade, Honig, Brötchen, Müsli, Cornflakes, Milch). Das ganze Hotel ist ein uriger Altbau mit hohen Decken. Die Kombination aus alt/neu und die super zentrale Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Excelente!!!! Rodrigo e Antonio muito amáveis e solícitos, localização maravilhosa, muito perto de vários pontos turísticos, com excelentes opções para alimentação e lojas. A recepção no hostel é excelente! É perfeito para quem deseja economizar, principalmente com a alimentação. A cozinha é super bem montada e para o desjejum disponibilizam tudo que é necessário. Os banheiros são excelentes também. Como fui no verão senti muito calor, mas fora dessa estação seria nota 1000!

Cool location – nice design – reasonable price
Very nice kitchen and living room. Great interior design. There is no private bathroom, but there are three bathrooms (new and good equipped) for four rooms. Breakfast is not special but the bread was very good. Very nice and helpful hosts. The guesthouse is located perfectly in the center of Lisbon. Noisy in the night at the weekend.

Maison d'hôtes bien située et ayant du charme, mais où il y faisait très froid en février. Pas de chauffage dans les chambres ni dans les salles de bains, ni nulle part dans l'hôtel. Pas de télévision, pas musique. Petit déjeuner à préparer soi-même avec très peu d'ingrédients. Pas responsable de la maison à pouvoir contacter pour une quelconque information.
