Comfortable semi-detached house "Girassol", built in 2016. In the resort, in a sunny position, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach. For shared use: garden, swimming pool (8 x 7 m, depth 50 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Sep.). Children's pool. In the house: central heating system. Public parking on the road. Shop, grocery, supermarket, restaurant 900 m, sandy beach "Praia de Guincho" 3 km. Marina 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 2 km, surf school 3 km.
