Fijn appartement, wel wat gedateerd.
Wij komen regelmatig in Ericeira en proberen verschillende appartementen en huizen uit om te ontdekken welke locatie wij het fijnst vinden.
Het appartement is prima, maar wel aan vernieuwing toe. Je ziet overduidelijk dat er geleefd is. De keuken en de badkamer kunnen zeker een make-over gebruiken.
Daarnaast is het appartement behoorlijk gehorig. Wij zaten er in een rustige periode, dus qua geluidsoverlast viel het mee. Alleen zat er in het appartement naast ons een gezin met baby :(
Het appartement is goed uitgerust met alle faciliteiten en benodigdheden. Niets op aan te merken.
Qua ligging is het ook prima. Mooi uitzicht op de oceaan (incl zonsondergang) vanaf het terras. Winkelcentrum op 1 minuut lopen en je bent zo in het centrum van Ericeira.
Al met al zouden wij dit appartement aanraden, maar wel nadat het een upgrade heeft gehad.
