On the website it says it is a hotel, it is more like a guesthouse that also houses a couple of students. Not a problem, but would have been nice to know beforehand. Also there was no front desk (on the website it said 24hour front desk). We had to call the owner?(I think it was the owner) to get our keys. There were clean towels but we had to find them for ourselves. Same with toilet paper. Thankfully the other "residents" were happy to help. The elevator didn't work and was fixed on the last day, but even if it would've worked I don't think we would've felt say enough to take it.

Proche du métro et des stations de bus, réponse rapide aux messages Mais dommage, pas de chauffage dans la chambre, pièce froide et on entends lorsque les « colocs » passent devant la chambre et parlent (pas dérangeant dans la journée mais à 5h du matin... ça te réveil)

L'appartamento é distante dal centro ma per contro molto vicino alla metropolitana. Inoltre di fronte c'è un supermercato, molto comodo. Il nostro appartamento era al 4° piano e l'ascensore era fuori uso, la sala cucina però in condivisione con gli altri appartamenti, in sala non c'era la televisione, in sostanza nelle foto vedi una cosa, dal vivo purtroppo molto meno appariscente. La struttura è datata e non è ben tenuta, la sala bagno privata (non condivisa) è spaziosa ma nel complesso deludente. Il pavimento.. un parquet vecchio e scricchiolante. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito. Di notte si dorme abbastanza bene, nota negativa, poca insonorizzazione. La nostra camera da letto era di fianco al bagno comune e si sentiva quasi tutto. Da sottolineare anche un fischio molto forte proveniente dalle tubature dell'acqua a causa della pressione, soprattutto di notte disturbava molto. Noi siamo stati in Febbraio, in sala c'è un condizionatore ma non è sufficiente per scaldare l'intero appartamento, sapendo di questo da precedenti recensioni ci siamo portati da casa una piccola stufetta elettrica per scaldare il bagno. Per concludere, se vi accontentate e volete spendere poco come scelta può andare bene.

Ligging tov metro is super. Naar het oude centrum met de metro is het ongeveer 20 minuten. Het is een oud pension wat ze aan het moderniseren zijn. Het is er wel gehorig, badkamer is matig, maar toch wil ik wel het pension een goed geven, want alles bij elkaar genomen hebben wij het enorm naar ons zin gehad.

Elämäni kylmimmät yöt, ei ilmastointia ei lämmitystä, En ole koskaan majoittunut huoneistossa ilman mitään lämmitystä!! Vessaan jäin jumiin monta kertaa kun kahva rikki, ja äänet kuuluvat joka puolelta todella selvästi, paljon pieniä ärsyttäviä asioita. Suosittelen maksamaan vähän enemmän jotta voi majoittua mukavammin ja lomasta jää hyvä mieli!

Hienot vanhat tilat, jaettu kylppärikään ei haitannut. Sijainti erinomainen, lentokentältä pääsi metrolla lähelle. Hissi toimi ajoittain, korkeat kerrosvälit piti kävellä tavaroineen. Isäntäväestä ei paljoa näkynyt. Voi hyvin suositella ennakkoluulottomille ihmisille!
