"I stayed three nights with my two teenage daughters. Our experience was most positive in every way. The staff were very attentive and helpful to all our queries. The hotel is clean and quiet. There is good and reliable WiFi, and free parking in front of hotel was a bonus. We paid for breakfast which was varied and ample. I can safely recommend the hotel to all, and we would definitely stay there again when we next return to Tatry mountains."

"Die Willa ist hervorragend, frisch renoviert mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen und gutem Frühstück. Das einzige negative ist der Service. Es war jeden Tag jemand anders an der Rezeption, wenn sie mal besetzt war und abends war niemand mehr zu erreichen. Leider fehlte auf Expedia auch die Information, dass man bei der Ankunft 500 PLN als Kaution Bar hinterlegen muss. Man sollte also genug Bargeld haben."

"Great place, especially if you have a car when it snows. It is around 1km away from all main sites by foot. The inclusion of unlimited access to Termy Zakopanskie is definitely a plus. We were in a triple room which was very large. Pool and kids area are in the adjacent hotel. House keeping lady was able to communicate in English more than most persons in Zakopane. "We had a wonderful stay at Aparthotel Renaissance Zakopane. The entire property was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and decorated to a very high standard. The rooms and shared areas felt modern, comfortable, and very well maintained. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered a good selection to start the day. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay in Zakopane, and we would happily return and recommend it to others."

"The hotel was well located and very walkable - close to the train/bus station and the tourist attractions. Rooms were large, lovely and quiet. Our king bed was comfortable. The room temperature control was very good. The pool area is very nice. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Nice food selection with made to order eggs and nice variety of hot/cold items. My only (very minor) complaint is that the lighting could be brighter in the bathroom - bit dark for putting on makeup."
