Alles andere als "Luxus pur"

Luxus pur" ist an Dreistigkeit nicht zu übertreffen. Das Haus ist völlig verwohnt,teilweise schmutzig(Fotos wurden erstellt) und sehr laut! Nur das aller nötigste vorhanden,kein Toilettenpapier,im Mülleimer keine Tüte etc.Der Fußboden war schmierig und hat überall geklebt.Die schmale Wendeltreppe ist mit Hund nicht geeignet.Darunter wohnten 2 Frauen die unfassbar laut waren bis 1-2 Uhr nachts.Deren 2 Hunde haben ununterbrochen gekläfft. Polen zum abgewöhnen war diese Unterkunft.

nettes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das mit dem "Luxus" liegt sicherlich im Auge des Betrachters - insgesamt gesehen war alles soweit in Ordnung und wie beschrieben. Die Zimmer waren sauber, in der Küche war alles Notwendige vorhanden, die Betten waren bequem. Die Wendeltreppe ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, mit Koffern ist es gar nicht angenehm die Treppe zu "erklimmen" - aber das betraf uns ja nur beim Einzug / Auszug. Ein Baby-Bett wurde auf unsere Anfrage vom Vermieter am nächsten Tag geliefert - danke dafür. Das Internet war nicht wirklich nutzbar (Geschwindigkeit viel zu langsam, wenn überhaupt Daten ankamen) - für mich / uns aber kein Problem (ausreichend mobiles Datenvolumen auf den Handy's). Zusammenfassend ist das Ferienhaus durchaus empfehlenswert - gern wieder.

Unterkunft in Lipnica

Wir waren mit unserer Unterkunft für diesen Preis voll und ganz zufrieden. Die Unterkunft ist in einem kleinen Dorf das aber alles hat was man benötigt. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Bank, Apotheke, Tankstelle. Parkplätze direkt auf dem Anwesen. Schöner Garten in dem man Grillen und auch ein Feuer machen kann für die Kinder. Die Zimmer waren alle schön groß und hell. In der Küche ist alles was man braucht vorhanden 👍 Das Wohnzimmer ist das Highlight der Unterkunft mit der freistehenden Wanne und dem Kamin. Um Lipnica herum gibt es viele kleine und große See'n. Bei den kleinen See'n ist jeweils immer ein Spielplatz was unseren Sohn sehr gefallen hat. Ein Dorf weiter kann man an einem großen privaten See Baden oder auch Angeln ( Angelkarte gibt es beim Besitzer für 20 zloty pro Tag) Angelschein ist nicht erforderlich. (Information über den Besitzer erhalten Sie vom Vermieter der Unterkunft) Auch ist Lipnica von viel Wald umgeben was zum Pilze sammeln oder Wandern einlädt. Der Mangel der Wendeltreppe zur Unterkunft wurde behoben sodas Hunde problemlos jetzt nach oben kommen. Auch haben die Stufen eine normale Höhe. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und stehts hilfsbereit 👍 Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Sehr schöner Urlaub mit Hund

Super Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Perfekt für Urlaub mit Hund (eingezäuntes Grundstück) zum Wandern und die Ruhe genießen.

Hundealarm

Das Objekt war wunderschön, sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Umgebung mit zahlreichen Seen und glasklarem Wasser. Leider gibt es auch ein paar "Wermutstropfen". Die Wohnung war für uns nur über eine außenliegende Wendeltreppe aus Stahl erreichbar. Für Menschen, die nicht mehr ganz gut zu Fuß, wäre dieser Zugang völlig ungeeignet. Wir reisten mit unserem Hund (Parson Jack Russel) an, der diese Treppe auf keinen Fall alleine laufen hätte können. Die Abstände der Gitterstufen sind so groß, da würde auch die Pfote eines großen Hundes durchpassen, wenn der Hund überhaupt auf Gitter läuft!!! Leider ist das in der Objektbeschreibung nicht ersichtlich oder erwähnt und wir erfuhren von der Wendeltreppe erst 1-2 Tage vor Anreise. Gesehen haben wir das Ausmaß erst vor Ort. Ich musste unseren Hund immer tragen. Wenn sie also mit Hund buchen, dann sollten man sich auf das tragen einstellen. Hätte wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir nicht gebucht. Zusätzlich möchte ich für Hundebesitzer erwähnen, dass es im Dorf des Objektes einige freilaufende (ohne Herrchen und Frauchen unterwegs) Hunde gibt. Nicht alle davon waren freundlich gestimmt, eher im Gegenteil, so dass wir unseren Urlaub eher beendet haben, da ein normaler Spaziergang nach der erlebten Hundeattacke nicht mehr möglich war. Grundstück ist sehr schön und Hundegerecht eingezäunt.
