When is the best time to go to Lipce?

The best time to go to Lipce is during the summer months, from June to August, when the weather is warm and sunny, great for outdoor activities and exploring the natural beauty of the Pomeranian Voivodeship. During this period, the Kashubian Lake District, where Lipce is located, truly comes alive. The temperatures are consistently pleasant, often ranging from 20 to 25 degrees Celsius, making it ideal for hiking, cycling, and water sports on the area's numerous lakes. The longer daylight hours also allow for more time to enjoy the scenic landscapes and charming villages. Couples looking for a relaxing escape will appreciate the tranquil beauty of Lipce in the summer. You can enjoy strolls through the forests, boat trips on the lakes, or simply unwind by the water. Many local eateries and guesthouses are fully operational, offering traditional Kashubian cuisine and a comfortable stay. Families will find the summer months particularly suitable for a trip to Lipce. The warm weather means children can easily enjoy swimming, kayaking, or building sandcastles by the lake.

Holiday Inn Gdansk - City Centre by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"All fine"

Grano Hotel**** Gdańsk Old Town

10/10 Excellent

"Hotel was lovely. We have stayed now in both Riverside and Old Town. We were upgraded on arrival too which was a lovely treat. Only thing I would say is that the spa area is not very relaxing as was full of children shouting/splashing/jumping in the pool. There is only 1 hour a day of adult only time. We really wanted to have a treatment and enjoy a few hours in the spa area on the last day but felt it was a waste of money to have the treatment when the rest of the spa area could not be enjoyed. I feel it would be more suitable to have stricter child only times like between certain times (an hour or two in morning and afternoon only) and the rest of the time be adult only. Bar man was excellent."

PURO Gdańsk Stare Miasto

10/10 Excellent

"This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Room was small, but very thoughtfully laid out so it worked perfectly - just a curtain separated the glass bathroom, no issue for us, but could be awkward for some. Everything else about the property was amazing, breakfast was excellent, location perfect, and building stylish, clean, and well maintained."

Grano Hotel**** Gdańsk Riverside

8/10 Good

"Great size accommodation and bathroom. Spotlessly clean and quiet. AC worked wonderfully. Spa area was lovely and we each took the almond massage in addition which was a lovely, relaxing experience. Staff helpful and happy. A good sign! My second time here after attending a work metti h here s couple of years ago."
