"Pool area was dirty as well as the changing rooms. The decor needs modernising and updating. Food was good but took time to come through. They ran out of beer and products. Like Stella and Southern Comfort. Staff friendly enough. Not worth the price paid overall "

Food stops at 8pm which is normally when I order so made an effort to go at 7:25 and the bar staff looked harassed and disorganized and said it would be a 90 minute wait for food so I gave up, as it was supposed to have finished an hour before that. However I did have a drink and whilst I was there I watched the deputy manager step in, support his staff, clear the backlog, deal with complaints and then come and speak to me and got me the food I would have ordered.
