"Cute place. I enjoyed my room - especially the fireplace and my bed was super comfy. The biergarden was closed so I didn’t get to visit that part of it the property. I had an early flight out of Dulles the next morning so I let her know at check in that I would miss breakfast. "This property has been on a steady decline. 1st floor ice maker has been "out of order" for over a year now. Remote power button didn't work, toilet seat shifted, chair in the room was leaning to one side as if it could break at any wrong move. Children had stayed in this room, and Stickers were stuck in the carpet. What was once a fair priced decent place to stay, has become a property in need of renovations. Call Pam Ellis & Associates for all your hotel renovations needs!"

"Checked in and went to room. Came back down in 10 min to use the pool and it was closed for maintenance. We specifically booked here to use pool and have a breakfast provided. Went to front desk and was told because we went to the room and cleaning staff went home for the day, she could not refund us for the night so we could find somewhere else with working amenities. So we stayed but received no compensation. Not how I think it should have been handled. "

"room was spacious. bed was comfortable, however had a dip in the mattress. Needs to be swapped out with new one. bathroom was awesome, shower pressure was the best. also the tub should have a slip mat when soap or shampoo get on the bottom of the tub it is a hazard "
