We are on one of the best beaches Oregon has to offer. You won’t find anything more oceanfront without getting your feet wet. What was once The Sea Gypsy Motel is now all privately owned condominiums. We completely remodeled this 3rd floor oceanfront condo . Living on the top floor (3rd) means nobody is walking on your ceiling and you have an unobstructed million dollar view of the Oregon beach and Pacific Ocean (sorry, no elevators).. We have done a complete tear down remodel and replaced everything from ceiling to floor (and even the walls). The kitchen has new cabinets, new stainless appliances and granite counter-tops. 2 night minimum in low and mid season - 3 nights in high season.. There is now a series of washers and dryers onsite. They only accept credit or debit cards. Surround yourself in luxury, with an unobstructed million dollar view of the Pacific Ocean. We are on one of the best beaches Oregon has to offer. You won’t find anything more oceanfront without getting your feet wet. Condo rental amenities We have an 60" LCD Hi Definition TV mounted above the Fireplace, and a 42" one in the bedroom. New high end Livingroom furniture. The condo has HDTV Cable, two HD DVD PLAYERS and has WI-FI for your laptop computer, tablets and smart phones. Our condo has been completely remodeled with all solid surface floors, so there's no dirty carpet worries. Sit in the comfort of our luxurious condo and watch the whales and sea lions. Enjoy Oregon's epic storms, and amazing sunsets. The master bedroom has a Sealy Posturepedic queen bed, a 42 inch HDTV and a HD DVD Player. It also has a private full bathroom. There is additional sleeping in the front room for up to two additional people. There is a beautiful (hide-a-bed) Queen Size wall bed in the living area that has a 10” memory foam mattress. We love to sleep there to be closer to the ocean! KITCHEN The kitchen has beautiful slab granite countertops, stainless appliances - with full size refrigerator, smooth top range and microwave oven. There is also a toaster oven, coffee pot and a blender and both kinds of coffee makers. Bathrooms: Two beautiful full baths with granite counter tops - both with tub/shower combinations and shampoo, conditioner and body wash in showers. Bring your laptop computer! - This unit has secured WI/FI so that you can stay in touch. Comments From Our Guests ------ AND THESE WERE BEFORE THE REMODEL! We wanted to thank you for our stay at your wonderful place. The view was amazing, and the condo itself was very cozy. We love the decor, and the hardwood floors. The weekend was very special to us, Josh proposed to me at the Yaquina Head Lighthouse on Saturday, so we had a very magical weekend. We would love to stay at your condo again. The condo is well equipped with cooking utensils and a few bonuses like ziploc bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil. The condo was clean & the view is incredible! Great view, beach front. Nice faux fireplace. There were just a couple of hiccups. The garbage in the kitchen was not emptied before I arrived. The ceiling fan in the bedroom didn't work. The living room television operating instructions included a remote that could not be found. The only way to turn the TV on or off, adjust volume and change channels was to do it manually with the buttons on the back of the TV. This was committed to the owners and they were very quick to respond. The TV in the bedroom worked fine. My whole purpose of going to the beach was to rest and veg out from my full-time caregiver position of my mother. Unfortunately, the next door neighbor had 3 young children that screamed and cried most of the night and into the next morning. They also ran up-and-down the corridor. After I asked them to please be quiet, they proceeded to knock on my door and run away. Thankfully, they were checking out that morning. After that, I got the peace and quiet I needed. I planned this quick getaway for my 56th birthday. Left husband and adult kids in Portland so i could celebrate in a condo on the beach. This condo fit the bill! Clean, wonderful access to the beach. But when you open the door to this unit, wow. It's really well refurbished - quality materials, a very well-stocked kitchen, tasteful decorations and a great view. The Murphy bed is perfect, leaving the living area feeling spacious all day but providing a much better bed than your typical sleeper sofa. A top-notch space for a beach trip! ##### James M. The complex is older and not much sound insulation so a bit loud next door but quiet at night so was fine. The instructions said to empty trash but there was trash and no bags in the kitchen when we arrived. It was a good location for shops and dining. Watching sunsets were spectacular, even if we stayed in the room.The only problem was we couldnt get the stereo, the dvd player and the tv remote (in living room) to work. The dvd player and the stereo wouldnt even turn on without the remote. The tv we could get to work from the buttons on the back of it. Also couldn't get either ceiling fan to work. Had to clean living room window. Had smudges all over it. And had to buy our own (ground) coffee. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee. The view you get when you walk out into the living room is breathtaking, the hosts were incredibly communicative, and the house keepers left a sweet note :)) I also have stayed at other places in Lincoln city previously and it felt like the hosts really didn’t understand what it takes someone to live comfortably in a place but this condo truly has everything you need to feel like you’re living at the beach from two different coffee makers, ice cubes and pot holders!! (Because seriously some places don’t have pot holders) Thank you so much for an incredible four night stay! ##### kyla s.
