When you book through third party agencies, they tend to book you to the room type and then place you in our calendar at any unit available with the bed type for instance. I recommend calling to book so that way you know you are getting what you expect. Each condo here at Surftides Plaza Condo's, is different. They each have different owners, giving each one a unique personality. Check us out and find the one that fits you best!

Thank you so much for letting us know about the issues you encountered. The kitchen light was tested and was found to be working as normal, but I will make sure we keep an eye on it. All of the doors here on the coast tend to swell when the humidity rises and can be a bit finicky sometimes. I did have them check the fans in the bathroom and there was a gfi switched that needed to be reset on the outlet and they were in working order again. In each room we have tv tips both in the room information booklet, as well as a single sheet with them on it that is laminated and usually not far from the tv. We also have staff available to help until 10pm. I wish you would have told us about the issues while you were here, and we could have had maintenance come up and fix it. We would love for you to give us another chance so we can give you the 5* stay you truly deserve! Thank you Mary!
