It wasn’t stocked very well with paper items such as tp, paper towels and plates. A gas fire pit on the deck would have been nice since most evenings are cool. The dining table was small. I would recommend it for anyone with a larger group who wants to be close to the ocean. The home is older, so don't expect anything fancy. The cleanliness could be a tad better in the kitchen area, but the beds were all clean and comfortable. Another small issue was that the hot water never seemed to get hot enough. It was warm enough to shower, but definitely not hot. None of these things were bad enough for us to call maintenance. In my opinion, it would be nice to have more seating facing the ocean windows, but this may not be an issue for those who prefer watching TV over watching the ocean. Not sure if the pics were taken a long time ago or what but it was very difficult for my aging parents to get down to the sand which was the entire point of booking a place with direct beach access. The main floor bedroom is VERY SMALL there isn’t enough room on either side of the bed to get in and out without hitting knees or stubbing toes. We will still probably book again despite the disappointments because overall it does have the space we needed with private bedrooms and enough bathrooms. The kitchen, dinning and living rooms were able to accommodate our large families needs. The views are beautiful without a doubt. ##### Holly G.
