  • Découvrez la chaleur et le charme de notre maison de bord de mer classique de 5 chambres et 3 salles de bain des années 1930. Charlie's Place a été entièrement rénové en 1999 et a restauré les boiseries et les planchers en pin noueux d'origine. Marchez du salon à la terrasse spacieuse face à la plage avec seulement quelques pas vers le sable. Laissez les enfants jouer sur la plage sous votre œil vigilant pendant que vous appréciez votre livre préféré dans le confort de l'intérieur. Observez les couleurs brillantes d'un coucher de soleil majestueux ou la puissance des vagues qui se brisent pendant une tempête hivernale ... toutes disponibles chez Charlie's Place!

    Avec Charlie's Place, vous avez la possibilité de louer la maison principale pour les petits rassemblements, ou vous pouvez louer la maison complète, idéale pour les réunions de famille ou les grands groupes. We absolutely loved this property. We will have lasting memories due to our child getting engaged on the beach right behind the property! It was stunning!! Loved the property and the location. It was a fantastic rental.

The proximity to the beach was the best thing about the house. We appreciated the two king sized beds as a few sleep on them at home. Kitchen was well stocked - more pots and pans as well as dishes. That became important with 8 people and mostly eating at home. We greatly enjoyed this home. It was a little more than we usually spend but was well worth it.

Great place to stay for a family gathering. Beautiful ocean views and great deck and living area. Two suggestions - add some decent drawers for storage in each bedroom and have some good equipment for cleaning the living room windows (did this twice during the week with the garden hose and a.bathroom squeegie that was taped to a broom stick which wasn't ideal). Kitchen and other supplies were very well stocked. Would return.

This was a great place to stay for our yearly girls trip was seven ladies. We each had our own bed and our room and having three bathrooms was such a bonus. There was plenty of room for everyone. Love the deck space and the super easy access to the beach would definitely stay here again with friends or family as it’s the perfect location and easy to get to it truly has everything you need for an amazing getaway.

Absolutely fantastic vacation! The location and access to the beach couldn't be better. Our family of 7, including 2 toddlers, had plenty of space with comfortable seating and beds on all 3 floors.Loved the wall of windows and rear deck with Adirondack chairs to watch beachcombers, kite fliers, shorebirds, the tide and sunsets.

This place was a gem! Easy access to the beach. Tons of room and spaces to be in the house if needed. The upstairs rooms were beautiful and had great view. The bunkroom was fun for the kids.

Great house for large group. Beds uncomfortable, lower level tv was not for TV watching, only gaming, no spare room garbage sacks and only 1 roll of paper towels. The front left stove burner did not work. The upstairs shower curtain kept falling down. The view was great, but we had to buy stuff to clean the windows. It was hard to get to the steps to the beach,no hand rails to be secure. Next time we will bring sleeping bags and flat twin sheets for the bunks because they don't have them. The decks were great. We just had to adjust to things.

Girl’s trip 2025

The house was more than big enough for our group. Loved that we were just steps off the beach. Enjoyed the daily visit by one specific seagull. Will look at this house again in the future for our yearly trips to the coast.

50th Birthday Celebration

It was so great to be right on the beach! Plenty of room to spread out. The big windows looking right out to the ocean from the main floor living area were wonderful! We were super blessed with great weather so it was wonderful to be able to walk right out onto the beach or sit on the deck.
