"Saving Pirate Ryan”, Unit 102, is a ground floor studio with an amazing ocean view and a patio for relaxing and watching the waves. This condo is one of the few ground floor units that boast a King bed and a walk-in shower. Saving Pirate Ryan comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette featuring a full-sized refrigerator, stovetop and oven, drip coffee pot, and microwave, as well as a small dining table to allow you to enjoy an oceanfront dining experience from the comfort of your condo.

Step into the enchanting world of Saving Pirate Ryan. This privately owned studio condo is a seaside haven that beckons you to leave your worries behind and immerse yourself in tranquility. As you arrive, the ground-level patio and expansive windows offer a captivating view of the ocean, setting the stage for a rejuvenating retreat. This condo is a distinctive ground-floor sanctuary featuring a luxurious King bed for up to 2 guests. The bathroom invites relaxation with its walk-in shower, creating a serene ambiance. A fully stocked kitchenette awaits, equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, drip coffee pot, and microwave. Enjoy an oceanfront dining experience from the comfort of your condo with a small dining table that complements the coastal charm. As part of the D Sands community, guests have access to amenities such as Wi-Fi and cable TV, an indoor pool, and a hot tub. The private beach access staircase invites you to explore the sandy shores and embrace the coastal breeze. Centrally located in Lincoln City, this condo offers easy access to renowned dining establishments, including Kyllo’s, a beachside favorite, a wine bar, Chinese cuisine, and more. Embark on a short stroll along the beach to discover natural tidepools teeming with sea life or explore the D River State Recreation Area, adjacent to the property. The D River, the shortest river on the planet, adds to the allure, offering a gradual slope to the beach. For those seeking adventure, various recreation areas and hiking trails are conveniently close. The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

Other Things to Note:  
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
