The balcony and the comfortable King bed make the 30 steps up the stairs worth it, and there's a Queen Murphy bed in the living room to get closer to the view. A walk-in shower and stocked kitchen are convenient after a day at the beach, which guests can access from the property's easy staircase. An HOA-maintained pool is available to guests, as well as commercial WiFi and cable. The Space: No 301 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned condo offering amazing ocean views from the 3rd floor. The balcony and the comfortable King bed make the 30 steps up the stairs worth it, and there's a Queen Murphy bed in the living room to get closer to the view. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day.
