You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town. Other Things to Note: This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. The pictures of the unit must have been taken awhile ago because everything looks and feels old. The musty smell was overwhelming and off putting. It was extremely hard to find info on how to access the unit. The place had emailed me a contract to sign but it had gone to my junk box and nowhere in the Expedia description did it alert you to expect an email from the hotel. I was also unable to access any info on our stay through the Expedia app so there was a discontinuity between Expedia and The D Sands. The next thing that happened was the door to the patio balcony would not lock, the deadbolt was broken. I went to the front desk to report it and let them know that we could not lock our room when we left for the day. The maintenance guy came up to fix it but was unable and said that he would be back in the morning, mean while the deadbolt was left in pieces. Nobody came the following morning or the day!! The deadbolt was still broken when we left on Monday.
