Summary: Unit 206 is an oceanfront suite with a King bed in the bedroom and a Queen Murphy bed in the living room, sleeping up to 4 guests comfortably. Enjoy stunning ocean views from the private balcony or get closer to the waves with our easy beach access. Use the HOA provided heated indoor pool, or walk downtown from our central location in Lincoln City. Unwind after the day's adventures with a meal cooked in the fully stocked kitchen (full sized appliances!), and some time in the walk-in shower The Space: Unit 206 is an oceanfront suite with a King bed in the bedroom and a Queen Murphy bed in the living room, sleeping up to 4 guests comfortably. Guest Access: The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building. This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 14 steps required to access the unit. The Neighborhood: 206 Peanut Butter & Jellyfish Getting Around: Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town. Other Things to Note: This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer. Interaction with Guests: D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. The next thing that happened was the door to the patio balcony would not lock, the deadbolt was broken. I went to the front desk to report it and let them know that we could not lock our room when we left for the day. The maintenance guy came up to fix it but was unable and said that he would be back in the morning, mean while the deadbolt was left in pieces. Nobody came the following morning or the day!! The deadbolt was still broken when we left on Monday. The pictures of the unit must have been taken awhile ago because everything looks and feels old. The musty smell was overwhelming and off putting. It was extremely hard to find info on how to access the unit. The place had emailed me a contract to sign but it had gone to my junk box and nowhere in the Expedia description did it alert you to expect an email from the hotel. I was also unable to access any info on our stay through the Expedia app so there was a discontinuity between Expedia and The D Sands. I will say that Henry was very helpful in getting us settled in once we arrived.
