My stay was okay. The cleanliness was pretty poor but I had my own Clorox. :) The lady at the front desk was incredibly pleasant and I had no issues with having my dog there as well! Overall the stay was decent for the price.

The room was disgusting. Smells horrible. The mattress was putrid and stained. The only good thing was about it was the manager gave us a refund.

Me and my wife are disabled and had to stay on third floor no elevator limited parking didn't even see a handicap parking spot at all and in the room the broken metal bed frame and cut and stubbed my toe bathroom was smaller than pictured toilet was almost right against the wall however the staff was super helpful and friendly the cleaning person didn't put any toilet paper went to office and they were quick to grab some super nice staff the building could use some renovations

cleanliness and safety issues
The room was not up to the mark in terms of cleanliness and safety. The absence of a fire alarm in the room is a serious concern, and the peeling paint and non-functional toilet and shower are unacceptable. It’s understandable that we were uncomfortable sleeping in the sheets and using the table due to their condition. There was no fire alarm in room, (found it next day beeping in the hallway on top of a fire extinguisher.) The place smells like it used to be a smoking room. Paint was pealing and window would not open if there was a fire. The bed was hard and has what I call spring assist. Was to afraid to sleep in the sheets. The toilet barely worked. The shower was gross, there was sticky stuff on the Table. The fount desk say they are open 4 to 6. Trying to check in at 5 and no one was there. Door says call #, so I did. Well that phone was on the desk just ringing. 20 min later they show up. No ID required for room just sign. We were given a WiFi password, for a WiFi that i was later told don't exist. We had to be somewhere at 6 so we made the mistake of not checking the room.Next day 9 am No one to be found and the office is locked. Tried many time to call the in case of emergence # no luck.came back at 4. I told manager about the fire alarm and how bad the room was and trying to get a hold of someone. He agreed with me and he joked that OYO stands for "On Your Own" and he don't recommend stay there. never received a refund

I should of known by the price I was paying that it wasn’t going to be that great of a place. Unfortunately it was very dirty. I’m sure they are understaffed but no reason for rooms to still be disgusting.

Very Disappointed
They first put us in a room on the 3rd floor, which would have been okay, but not only is that where they have people renting but the room specifically had a very strong pinesol smell that was overwhelming. There is no air conditioning, no fans to blow the smell out. The hallway smelled like dog and pinesol. And let's not forget there is no elevator in this place. So I spoke with the desk and they moved us to the first floor. The room smelled earthy cleanser type. Not sure if the room really got cleaned as hair was found in the tub, so did not use. Although Christine at the desk was very helpful and kind, we would never stay at this place again. I wish we had not wasted our One Key credit on this location

The toilet didn't look clean; the whole building looked run down and dirty. The general area and surroundings seemed shady. I would not stay there again.

Nothing fancy for the $$$. Bathroom still had hair all over but it was cleaned. Beds on metal frames squeeked every time you moved . Good location restaurant wise .

Feces on the wall.
This place is dusgusting. there was feces on the wall next to the toilet, very obvious too, no way you'd not see it. Wooden floors very sticky. TV cutting out all the time, wifi the slowest. Probably a good place to catch covid. And you could have a conversation right thru the walls w your neighbors. This place doesnt deserve ur money, its a dump, should be health inspected. Dont expect clean sheets.

Our 1st time staying @ this gotel/motel. As the saying goes, "You get what you paid for". But I never imagined it would be as bad. The filth is beyond words. Dog hair all up & down the corridor & stairs including animal feces in the corridor. The bathroom & shower looked like they hadn't been scrubbed in a while. Ice machine was great but no filtered water. I was told I would have to get water from our bathroom sink. The price says it all & now I know for the future to never rent here again.

Probably one of the most uncomfortable beds.
So I booked this hotel last minute and it was relatively cheaper than other hotels. Probably one of the worse decisions I made. The room was not properly cleaned, the bathtub had mold growing in it, the ceiling was peeling, and worst of all the bed was like sleeping on a stone slab. We literally had to go buy an air mattress to pump up and place on top of the bed to get any type of good sleep. Also people were just smoking freely around the inside of the building and there seems to be people living from their cars in the parking lot. Overall, I won't be planning another stay here.

Terrible stay. Room was dirty when we got there. Door didn’t have a keycard like the rest of the rooms, instead it had a number combination. No way to secure the door from inside. To top it off the TV was broken. 0/10 do not recommend.

We arrived late, and the on-site manager left at 9pm before we realized a few troublesome issues. Bed was comfy and hotel is conveniently located, but TV didn’t work, and the floor was so sandy we were glad we borrowed a broom from the front desk before 9. (This is a beach hotel, but the room had not been swept and sand was stuck in the caulking around the John and the tub.) The outside back door locking mechanism didn’t work, so the door was open to the public. Ben, the morning manager agreed to refund my room charge. I will look first before I stay at this hotel chain.

I did not end up staying. When I pulled in to the parking lot I was greeted by junkies that then proceeded into a room after approaching my car. My nephew was uncomfortable while we were in the parking lot. So we got a room elsewhere.

This property is right off of 101. The desk clerk was very friendly and when we ran out of tp all we had to do was ask. There are no elevators and we stayed 3 nights on the 3rd floor. Not exactly how we wanted to start our vacation. It was also pretty warm and there wasn't an air conditioner. We had to sleep with our window open and there wasn't even a screen on our window. The area wasn't bad and we would stay there again if we needed too but we would make sure we could get a room on the 1st floor.

I believe Chris was at the front desk, he was cool. The property itself, it was the cheapest on Expedia at the time of our trip and you get what you pay for. If I was on a tight budget next stay in Lincoln City, I’d stay there again

The staff was very friendly, but the hotel itself felt grimy and had a horrible smell. It seemed as if some people lived there which they don’t disclose anywhere online. None of the windows had screens, the shower curtain was moldy and the towels and sheets did not seem properly cleaned in between guests.

Not bad, except for....
I just want to say that for a budget, no frills hotel, it wasn't bad. The staff was great except for the housekeeping man that knocked on the, didn't give me time to walk to the door or respond, and he open the door. My daughter was standing at the sink/mirror blow drying her hair in her nighty. And all he could say was "it was on the list". I compound to the front desk, not wanting anything, and he told me to call the Booking company, that he would approve a 50% refund. I called, and they were unable to reach the hotel (?) And said I would get a response working 72 hours.
