« Looks very nice from outside but was not cleaned for ages. We checked in late, 8:30 pm. Everything was closed, no key then someone came to give us a key but no explanation. No wifi at all! Nowhere. Not inside the cottage, not at reception. Nowhere »

« The property was exquisite and the location was close to everything. The only issue was with checkin. We were unable to make a phone call to have someone meet us for checkin. It would be convenient to let out of country guests know that the property manager is available at the hotel next door. This would have simplified the check in significantly. Other than that the experience was wonderful. Would highly recommend staying g at this location. »

« We had a wonderful two night stay at hotel california.
We were late to check in, however was seamless for us after hours to speak to staff and get the run down, checked into the room just as the sun was setting over the vineyards. A stunning place to stay, easily located with everything you need within 10 min drive.
We hired bikes from SA E Bikes and got them dropped to the property, we rode around the local wineries all day and ended our day back here to do a tasting. »

« Good space for the dogs out back, safe and enclosed. Bedrooms were good size and loved the bedding.Host helped with initial issue of accessing the property which was easily resolved.Lots of parking space and everything was a short car journey to reach »

« Overall, the property was excellent but was let down by the lack of TV reception. Given that our visit was for the Gather Round Football, our plan was to watch many of the games on TV. However, that was not possible because of there being no satellite connection because of the cloud cover. It was a major disappointment and as a result we had very little leisure time at the property. The property is advertised as family accommodation, so the TV coverage issues need to be rectified. »
