The rooms and hallways and cellar door are built out of shipping containers and a lot of effort went into making the accommodations truly 5 star. They are also strongly committed to being environmentaly conscious. The location is quiet and charming with amazing views. They are only 5 mins from the center of Mclaren Vale with plenty of restaurant options and stores. They are also only 10 mins away from Maslin beach , one of the most beautiful beaches you will ever visit. The staff are down to earth, friendly, and helpful. They even have a wine dog named Daisy. The views from the room are breathtaking. We really enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck. It's very quiet and peaceful. The amenities are high quality and comfortable. The only complaint I have, and it's very minor and probably specific to me is that the shower water pressure is really light.
