The beach has trash on it. Don’t walk barefoot. It looks like they try to keep it clean though. The building out on the pier smells awful and is not in use. Maybe because of all the bird poop? The pools were very nice and the food for breakfast and dinner were excellent, This is Peru. Time moves more slowly. Don’t be in a rush for service. The dog on site is very friendly, but can get aggressive if you stop petting.

I didnt feel this was a hilton hotel caliber more like a curio or smaller feel. Not the main chain and its a bit far from the larcomar mall even though on the map it doesnt look that far.

The hotel is superb and the staff is attentive and friendly. I would suggest improving the quality and speed of the breakfast buffet and à la carte, there’s a lot on display, however not much that really speaks Peruvian, and waiting time for an omelette is at least thirty minutes on a not very busy day. Same with the restaurant, one would expect a better quality. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend nonetheless.

I would stay here again but be advised the beds could be more comfortable and eggs could be cooked better. However, the BAR TEAM SHINED! Normand and his team and especially the regular bartender were awesome. The rooftop alone is worth it! The pool a rare find. The neighborhood on point.
