Jun 22, 2017 #### Great Location between Miraflores and Barranco Very nice apartment in a great location on the south end of Miraflores. A short walk to many great areas and restaurants. The condo was secure with a doorman at post 24hours and was very clean when entering. We were not around the apartment very much, but 5 adults fit very comfortably. The space is very large, rooms well appointed and comfortable, and the location is perfect. The kitchen and laundry facility were a nice surprise, being better than expected. Great view., spacious , comfortable. Safe. 27/7 doorman. They were all nice and helpful. Great place to run. Close to lots of nice places. We had friends staying at the Marriot, that was only a 15 min. walk from our apt. One suggestion for the owner is : do not have keys hanging from the bedroom doors if they do not lock the doors, please, because you think that you can lock you bedroom, but then you cannot re-open it!!!! ##### Cristina C. We rented this condo for 4 days over Easter weekend - family of 4 with teenagers. The property is immaculate and exactly as pictured. Great location, very comfortable bedding and furniture. Everything in perfect working order. 4 blocks to Larcomar, great views from balcony of the ocean and cliffs. Very safe neighborhood for walking, even at night. Would definitely recommend to anyone who comes to Lima. Owner is very responsive both by email and telephone. 24 hour security in building is very helpful and friendly. ##### Marie R.
