I like it was modern. I didn't like the fact that I asked for a taxi to the airport but never came and there was nobody from the hotel at the lobby.

Our arrival was at 9:30 am after a long flight. We wanted to check in early, they said that the check in was at 3 pm. We had to wait until noon in order for us to use our room. They wanted to charge a $35 early Check in which I think it’s ridiculous.

What I did not appreciate is the laundry cost. Be careful! They charge you in “dollars” when it is a national peruvian service and should have been a service in PEN. I understand that they contact the service but there is no way that I should be paying “21 dollars” for a jersey dress so simple. The charge might have been 21 PEN and they put as 21 dollars. That is a robbery in my book. Othee than that, the staff was really nice

Hotel location is convenience to rest from a busy business day, clean, safe. This is the best option in the area. This time I experience a not good bed quality, it wasn't confortable to rest. Breakfast reduce in options from my last stays.

They will charge you 18% tax and refuse to give you an invoice. I have reported this to the relevant authorities

The hotel is somewhat sterile, the restaurant lacked any sense of homeliness and the breakfast range limited, I didn't find the restaurant staff to be at all friendly though the front desk were really good. I would stay here again.

1 night stay. Located in a none touristy area, which I was aware of and booked it for that reason. Traffic is horrendous everywhere in Lima, so be prepared to never get anywhere on time. You need a taxi to go anywhere from this hotel. I didn't mind. Check-in was so-so. Receptionist could have been a bit friendlier and more accommodating. Next morning, the other receptionist on duty made it up, was really friendly and helpful. Room allocation appeared to be an issue. Double glazed windows are almost useless. You can hear the traffic noise and the honking all times. However, the furnishing of the room was spectacular. Great design, simple, practical and very appealing. Everything worked. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept it! Congrats to the designer or management who selected the beds and the furnishing. It's worth trying this hotel if you don't want to be in the middle and close to the "action" of Lima.

If for pleasure or work, this hotel is excellent.
A hotel that fits your expectations. I felt very comfortable. Nice environment, quiet, good breakfast. Excellent room with comfortable bed, desk and bathroom.

Everything was clean and orderly. Staff was quick and efficient. The only thing to keep in mind if you have a big car, parking is a plenty but small.

It was lovely and the staff were very friendly, helpful, awesome. I wished it was closer to tourist attractions. We had to take taxis to areas to be picked up for tours. We plan to return to Peru.

The knowledge of the front desk people was not good at all... I booked my room online, and when I checked in they told me I needed to pay for the room... all I had done before was only preparation for getting the room. After an hour in my room they called me and said the double charged me. Then they proceeded to remove my charges as well as the taxi fee for arrival. (Which I thought was included before I booked the room... but anyways!) The next morning I checked out and requested a taxi to the airport and I paid... however upon arrival at the airport the taxi driver told me I needed to pay for transportation. We called the hotel and when we talked with front desk they informed me that the charges I paid for where cancelled... and I needed to pay taxi driver. Approximately $70 for taxis and $60 for room. Complete waste of time getting this hotel!

Excelent hotel, very clean and comfortable. SUGGESTION: Since Lima is not a place where people can drink tap water, it is necessary that the hotel provides mineral water on a daily bases not only the first day. Requesting it every night is not comfortable specially when arriving after the restaurant is closed. Since there is a little refrigerator in the room, bottles could be kept there and charged to the room.

Absolutely and completely loved my stayed at this hotel. The quality of the service is incredible. The rooms are nicely and modern decorated. I’m a clean freak and this place totally passed my test. Housekeeping was amazing. I’m fortunate to be able to afford places like The Ritz Carlton therefore my review is based on my experience staying in 5 stars hotels. As the name says this is a business hotel so i wasn’t expecting luxury but the place is nice, modern, clean and service wonderful.

Great staff, room was very comfortable, close to Miraflores district.
