I’m not pleased with the way things are handled at this hotel. We had 2 beds which sleeps 4 but I had to pay for a 3rd person? I travel all around the world and never had to pay per person at a hotel.. you reserved the room for up to 4 people. I’m unhappy with this and also unhappy with the way the staff handled it. Also not allowing guess is also unfortunate. I will never come here again.

the hotel was excellent include almost items, location, room cleaning, breakfast, check in staff, convenience and so on. however one things break my mind was, I was asking the girl who working in the frond desk for a taxi service on next day morning to airport. the girl gave me a price 20 sol and told me they will accept sol only. I went out and exchange 40 sol on the day evening to prepare the taxi payment on next morning. When I check out next morning, the man at around 50 years old in the front desk take me to the garage on the first floor - a car parking there. He told me that is my taxi. the car drove us to the airport. I paid for $20 sol plus 3 sol tips to the driver. but the car driver wont let me go. he ask for $20US dollars or 80 sol. that was really bad feeling I experienced in Lima Peru. after I argue and show him my only 40 sol. the driver robbed my sol from my hand total 33 sol and left while saying bad words. that was not a good experience in my life, and either Hotel Diamond Lima. I think so. by the way, from location, price, breakfast, room cleaning, check in/out, facilities, convenience, the hotel diamond Lima are perfect. but if you ask me will recommend to friend, absolutely No.

The property is nice, and staff are good. Keep in mind, it is not located on a calm area, as the surroundings of the building are very noisy. The hotel is kind of controlling to its own guests, as no one is allowed to bring in guests to the room, and must leave the key before leaving.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Lima. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the immediate area. This hotel is close to everything. The only drawback is the street noise…starts early morning and ends late at night.

We liked that it is very close to many highlights. The hotel is on for short stays, it needs more cleaning in the bathroom area.

A good basic hotel in historic area of Lima.
A good basic hotel in the historic area of Lima. A good sized and clean room. On a main street so rather noisy, but difficult to avoid noise in Lima. A basic but adequate breakfast. Staff were very helpful.

Hidden Gem in the middle of historic center
Check in super fast, comfortable modern rooms, plug for computers and usb (not all Peruvian hotels have this). Good WiFi was able to do conference calls with no problems. Breakfast needs improvement, scrambled eggs, limited assortment of fruits, coffee and bread. Personnel friendly and courteous, VIP wine was a nice touch although had to ask for it. The location can’t be bettter.

Very good stay, staff is helpful and attentive. Breakfast was very good. Eggs made to order, ask kind and friendly Alejandra and Remedios....had a problem with some smoker in another room and smoke somehow leaked into my room....hotel clerk send security to investigate and got a bit better

A lovely hotel to stay in.
Stayed here twice, at the start and end of our trip to Peru and highly recommend the hotel. Located in central Lima close to all the major sites there and with wonderful rooms and lovely staff. Always felt safe there and comfortable.

Breakfast is fresh cooked eggs to order and other choices with courteous, attentive service. Front desk staff are helpful, kind and efficient. Central location to main pedestrian shopping street and within a few blocks of main city center attractions. Room size is sufficient for not feeling cramped. Expect moderate external noise at all hours so bring ear plugs for restful night sleeping. Would have liked a wash cloth for face and showering but only a minor matter.

The place is nice, has very friendly staff and well worth the money. Excellent value. However, complimentary water and coffee should be a must for any hotel.

Wow! This hotel met all my expectations. Upgraded my room, gave me excellent service, and took really good care of me. All the staff were super friendly and personable. The room was amazing. Love the location and convenience of it. I would totally come back here to stay!!! I highly recommend!

Good location in Lima Historic centre
Room was large with large twin beds, bathroom good. Location was good but was noisy at times because of the main road, however was not noisy during the night. Breakfast was ok but not much choice.

Great location for the historic centre, the staff were very friendly. Especially receptionist who spent 1 hour helping us rebook our flights after they were cancelled.

Worst nightmare
Terrible experience, there were roaches ALL over the floor, the lights didn’t work, the man at the front desk had an attitude for doing his job, someone’s bowel movements were present because the toilet wasn't flushed, it was a disgusting disappointing stay.

Spacious modern room with large windows and very nice bathroom. More than sufficient for a short stay - we only Spent one night here on a return to Lima. It was very convenient to be only a few blocks from the main plaza, shopping, and other historical sites in el centro. The hotel is tucked right in on a busy road so just be prepared that it is a busy and hectic area.

I didn’t get my free bottle of wine, I didn’t get late checkout, and I woke up to rave music from the room next door and found it to be the cleaning staff. They didn’t have any bottled water available. Bed is hard. Was very frustrated with these accommodations.
